Welcome to Musiceara.com (“Website”), a platform dedicated to providing music education, masterclasses, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.


§ 1 Scope of Application

  1. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded via the website Musicaera.com.
  2. Musicaera offers music masterclasses that take place either online via video conferencing (e.g., Zoom) or offline at selected locations.

§ 2 Registration and Payment

  1. Registration for a masterclass is done online through the website and is binding.
  2. The course fee is due immediately upon registration and can be paid via the payment methods offered on the website.
  3. Participation in the course is only possible after full payment has been received.

§ 3 Participation Requirements

  1. For online courses, participants must have access to a suitable computer or mobile device, a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a camera. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own technical setup.
  2. Some courses require the submission of a video for admission. Participation will be confirmed only after the video has been reviewed and approved.

§ 4 Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal: Participants have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking without providing a reason.
  2. Withdrawal after the Withdrawal Period:
    • If a course is canceled while the 14-day withdrawal period and before the course begins, the course fee will be partially refunded. A processing fee of €25 will be retained.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation notice is received.

§ 5 Course Changes and Cancellations

  1. Musicaera reserves the right to change or cancel courses for organizational reasons. In such cases, the course fee will be fully refunded.
  2. If an instructor becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Musicaera will make every effort to provide an equivalent replacement.

§ 6 Limitation of Liability

  1. Musicaera is not responsible for technical issues or disruptions on the participant’s side that may affect participation in online courses.
  2. Musicaera is not liable for damages caused by force majeure.

§ 7 Data Protection

  1. The processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with Musicaera’s Privacy Policy.
  2. Participants agree to the storage and processing of their data as necessary for the organization of the course.

§ 8 Final Provisions

  1. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
  2. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
