Daniel Bell
Biography
Daniel Bell is the First Concertmaster of the Essen Philharmonic and performs as an orchestral musician with some of the world's leading ensembles. His formative experiences include long-standing collaborations with the London Academy of St. Martin in the Fields and the Berlin Philharmonic. Another cornerstone of his musical career is his work as a chamber musician. He has been a member of internationally acclaimed quartets, including the Petersen Quartet in Berlin and later the Henschel Quartet in Munich, before taking on the position of Primarius in the renowned Mannheim String Quartet in 2015. As an educator, he holds a teaching position at the Robert Schumann University of Music in Düsseldorf.
