In conjunction with the International Piano Junior Competition, we are delighted to invite you to an exclusive piano masterclass with Mikhail Mordvinov. This masterclass is aimed at young pianists and advanced students who wish to deepen their technical skills and artistic interpretation under the guidance of an internationally renowned concert pianist and pedagogue.
Mikhail Mordvinov received his early piano education at the Moscow Gnessin Music School before continuing his studies at the Russian Gnessin Academy of Music. He completed postgraduate studies at the University of Music and Theatre Hanover. A prizewinner of numerous international competitions (including the Robert Schumann Competition in Zwickau, the Schubert Competition in Dortmund, and the International Competition in Andorra), he has been supported by prestigious international scholarship programs and performs worldwide as a soloist and chamber musician. Since the winter semester 2016/17, he has been teaching piano at the Anton Rubinstein Music Academy.
